Customer Return Policy

Shipping Error
Customers have thirty (30) days from the time of product receipt to identify any shipping error(s) and to provide the details to Customer Service to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Call Customer Service at (586) 783-8404. If product needs to be returned, the product must be returned unopened with no physical damage to the carton. The cost of the return (transportation) will be paid for by Delphi.

Customer Ordering Error
Customers have thirty (30) days from the time of product receipt to contact Customer Service at (586) 783-8404 to request a RMA to return product ordered in error. The product must be returned unopened with no physical damage to the carton. The cost of the return (transportation) will be paid for by the customer. Training and Education Products (for example training books and iCDs) are not returnable.

Freight Damage
For any shipment received with visible damage upon receipt, have the receiving party list and initial any damages on the Bill of Lading and have the carrier sign accepting the damage on the Bill of Lading. Then contact Customer Service at (586) 783-8404. For concealed damage (i.e., not visible upon receipt), please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
